In our communities, schools are the heart of future promise, nurturing and empowering students to become tomorrow’s leaders. The dedication of educators, along with the innovative spirit of local schools, is pivotal in shaping the lives of our youth. However, as they strive to inspire and educate, the need for updated technologies and essential programs continues to grow.
Enter ALLO for Education , an initiative born from a heartfelt commitment to helping our local schools thrive while bridging the digital divide. Since its start, the program has proudly contributed more than $372,000, enabling schools to upgrade technology, purchase new digital tools, and continue educating our future leaders.
“Not only do we benefit greatly from ALLO and their customer service that they provide to our school system, but we also benefit so much from their financial donations. Our teachers have morphed into a blended classroom, and you need to have a lot of consistency and a lot dependability in your technology. To have an opportunity to use these funds to help with that is something that will benefit us, not just now, but in the future and for years to come,” Kevin Dodson, the North Platte Catholic Superintendent, said.
In 2024, we reintroduced the program to even more communities in our fiber footprint. Here’s how it worked: Any new residential customer who signed up from November 1st to the end of December could choose a local school to receive a $50 donation from us. Not only did new customers enjoy the benefits of blazing-fast fiber service, but they also had the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of their community.
While we tally up the numbers for the 2024 program, we’re looking forward to the future impact this will have on communities throughout Arizona, Colorado, and Nebraska. We are proud to continue this tradition with the help of our friends, neighbors, and new customers as we build a brighter future for students and educators!
Stay tuned for the official total funds raised and for more chances to get involved in shaping the future of our youth.
