Community Connect Giving Back Greeley Colorado Local Nonprofit

Nonprofit organizations truly are the unsung heroes of our community. It is inspiring to see the hard work and dedication of those who put in the work and volunteer for Greeley and its people. Being local is one of ALLO’s core values, and this program is one way we can show our gratitude and support to nonprofits right here in our backyard. It is our way of giving back to those who already give so much.

What is Community Connect?

We brought the Community Connect Program to Greeley in December 2023, where we awarded 25 eligible nonprofits with free 1 GIG internet service for three years. Our goal is to relieve some of the financial stress nonprofits face so they can continue to do what matters most and change lives locally. A reliable, fast, and stable internet connection is essential in today’s world, and our mission is to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and worry-free for all.

Hear From Our Heroes

ALLO’s free service will impact the museum in such a positive way. Just having the ability to take that funding and use it for other things in the community and other programming that we do is a huge gift to the museum.” – Michelle Kempema, Colorado Model Railroad Museum.

Hearing the positive feedback and how this funding and reliable connection will help nonprofits excel in their expertise and create more time and space for their passions to grow fills our ALLO hearts with joy. They, and many others , have brought so much happiness and structure to the community. We can’t wait to see what continues to flourish from their tremendous efforts.

Moving Forward

Ending the digital divide has always been at the heart of what ALLO does. It is the core of who we are as a company. Affordable, reliable, and future-proof service should be accessible to all, and we will continue to expand this program within Greeley and the rest of the fiber communities we serve.

We care deeply about our customers, teammates, and communities, and we look forward to continuing to grow and show our love for the people who live, work, and play in Greeley.

We invited all 25 selected nonprofits and their guests to celebrate with us in December 2023. We heard from ALLO Fiber President and CEO Brad Moline and Greeley Mayor John Gates. The night was spent with food, drinks, and good times as we connected with those working so hard to make Greeley the best it can be. It was a very special night!
